🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Tukart.in

At Tukart.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility:

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You request a return within 7 days of delivery

🚫 Items not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged by customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care, innerwear, or hygiene-related products

🔄 Exchange Policy:

We do not offer exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order separately.

💸 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer (you will need to share details)

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo (in case of damage or wrong item)
